If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Returned/exchanged items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. The ordered product must be returned to us by a certified mail with a tracking number. There could be problems related to the time frame and you may not be able return within 30 days. If that is the case you must request extension before the 14 days of contact period has expired.
There is no separation between “regular priced item” and “discounted item” when it comes to refunds. Discounted items are subject to the same policies with regular priced items. Customized and personalized items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged.
If you would like to exchange an item Ephesus makes it easy for you! A standard item without any customization (E.g. necklace, adjustable ring, and adjustable bracelet) will be exchanged without any additional fees. If there is price difference between what you have and what you want to have it will be adjusted and either you will be required the difference or it will be partially refunded to your payment account.
What If I Need To Resize My Ring?
Although most of our customers are accurate with ordering the right size, from time to time it may be tricky to get the size right and your perfect gift could not fit well enough. In such case there is no need for you to worry because it’s all handled smoothly here. Instead of going to a jeweler, paying high amounts and fearing whether your ring will be damaged or not, you can just contact us. We’ll ask you to return the ring and send you a brand new ring with only 20 percent additional cost of your original purchase.
When and How Will I Be Refunded?
Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, we will refund you the money spent on the returned products minus only original shipping and packaging fees. We advise you to make every reasonable effort to ensure the delivery of the returned goods. If the refund request is approved, the funds will be transferred back to your payment account within 7 days of the refund request. Any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to different packaging, misuse, alterations or damage will not be accepted by Ephesus Jewelry and will be returned to the customer.
Even though most of our customers don’t experience it you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable fees during the refund/exchange process and Ephesus Jewelry cannot be held accountable for their refunds. Please note that custom made items and personalized items (like name engraving) cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically at your request.
