I ordered the pendant along with a chain. The chain clasp was broken on delivery (the clasp is very cheap quality)

Contacted the shop with pictures,I was told they would send a replacement – however, after that they just stopped responding to me or providing an update.

I would not recommend this seller.

Excellent quality piece. Well made and accurate to the description. Chain is very thin. The piece fits fine on other thicker chains. Just not a fan of super thin chain is all. Otherwise – excellent!

Not sure if the pendant is actually sterling silver. It has no number markings and the chain is super thin, I would not recommend the chain if you have thicker chains.
